STRUXIS

03Trust

A memory is only useful if you can rely on it.

What STRUXIS commits to, and an honest account of where it stands today.

01Principles

What we commit to.

Where one isn't yet proven in the live product, the sections below say so.

  1. 01

    Honest status, always.

Saved should mean saved. Sent doesn't mean delivered. Completed doesn't mean verified. Every status is built to show what actually happened.

  2. 02

    Originals are kept.

Your words and photos are the source. STRUXIS is being built to label what it works out on its own as inferred, so a guess never quietly becomes project truth.

  3. 03

    People make the calls.

STRUXIS prepares and suggests. People approve assignments and verification. It doesn't make construction decisions for you.

  4. 04

    Verification is independent.

The person who did the work can't verify it. Verification records your team's review; it isn't an inspection or code certification.

  5. 05

Your records are built to live in your company's workspace.

STRUXIS is being built so that access comes from a person's role in your company and trades see only the work assigned to them. That separation has not yet passed independent testing; see “Where we are today.”

  6. 06

    Your project data is yours.

Our V1 policy: the project data your company puts into STRUXIS belongs to your company.

  7. 07

No keystroke logging or crew scoring.

STRUXIS isn't built for keystroke logging, session replay or scoring your crew's productivity.

  8. 08

    Minimal product analytics.

Designed to leave out project notes, messages and photos. Before outside field use, we'll verify what the released product collects, who can access it and how long it is kept, then publish the effective policy.

02Reliability

Intelligence can wait. Memory cannot.

Jobsites have dead zones, and structure can take a moment. STRUXIS is designed so that neither costs you what you just saw: capture is saved first, and structure catches up later.

How the statuses work once on-device saving is released

Good signal

Synced

Saved, synced to the project and ready for review.

Weak signal

Saved on this device · syncing

Saved on the phone first. It goes up to the project when the connection allows.

No signal

Saved on this device · not sent yet

The basement, the slab, the far lot. Your note waits on the phone and says so.

Where this stands: saving captures on the device, with these statuses, is built and reviewed but not released yet. Early-access registration does not provide access to it. Once released, a capture that exists only on the phone can still be lost if the phone is lost or wiped before it syncs.

We don’t fake “saved.”

STRUXIS is built to show where your work actually is: on this device, syncing, or in the project.

The record comes first.

Capturing, assigning, completing and verifying are designed not to depend on suggestions. Those can arrive a little later.

03STRUXIS, plainly

Where it helps, and where it doesn’t.

STRUXIS prepares the work for you. It doesn't get the final say on anything that matters. This describes how STRUXIS is designed to work; it is in development, and not every step is released yet.

It is designed to

  • Turn a spoken note into proposed work
  • Pull out where, what, who and when
  • Answer questions about open work
  • Draft summaries from what was captured

It never

  • Turns a suggestion into a task, assignment or message without a person's approval
  • Verifies work on its own; a person does
  • Sends a message on its own

04Where we are today

Straight answers about our stage.

We'd rather tell you what's still in progress than publish claims we haven't verified.

In progress

In development · Early access

STRUXIS is in development. Early-access registration records interest; it does not grant product access or start a trial.

In progress

Independent review

Before outside builders use STRUXIS on live jobs, access controls and the separation between companies must pass an independent test. That isn't finished yet.
