STRUXIS

In development · Early access

The memoryof the jobsite.

Open a project to see what needs attention, who owns it and what was checked. The history stays there when you need it again.

An unfinished interior with taped drywall. A stepladder stands in front of an open stair wrapped in orange scaffolding, with more scaffolding and tools on a dusty floor.

02Rules of the record

Three rules the record keeps.

  1. 01Capture

    The original stays.

The voice note and photo stay with the item, as captured.

  2. 02Act

    A draft isn’t a decision.

STRUXIS drafts the task and marks what it inferred. Nothing is assigned until a person reviews and confirms it.

    DraftReviewConfirm

  3. 03Verify

    Completed isn’t verified.

When work needs a check, someone other than the person who did it reviews the evidence, or returns it with a note.

04Trades & review

Clear work out. Evidence back.

For the trade
The photo, the room, the deadline, who asked and what done means. Finish it and attach evidence.
For the reviewer
Check the evidence, or return it with a note. The first submission stays in the history.

The trade view is designed, not released. Team verification records your own review. It is not an official inspection, engineering review or code-compliance certification.

06Questions

Straight answers.

What happens when there's no signal?
STRUXIS is designed to save captures on the phone first and sync when a connection returns, showing which is which. On-device saving is built and reviewed but has not been released yet. Once released, photos that exist only on the phone can be lost if the phone is lost or its storage is wiped before they sync.
Can I use STRUXIS on my own?
Yes. One person can capture and follow through. Work you finish yourself is shown as completed rather than independently verified, because verification needs someone else.
What does STRUXIS do on its own?
It drafts proposed work from field notes and helps answer narrow questions about your project. Your original note stays intact. A person confirms tasks and assignments, and a person verifies work.
What else is in development?
Daily Logs, project plans and Ask STRUXIS, which is designed to answer narrow questions such as what is overdue or waiting on a trade. All three are still being refined.
